Definitions
Customer: any professional or natural person capable, within the definition of articles 1123 and thereafter of the Civil Code, or legal person who visits the Website subject to these terms and conditions.
Content: all the elements forming the information present on the Website, in particular texts, images and videos.
Customer information: hereinafter referred to as ‘Information’, this corresponds to all personal data that may be held by MISSIONS PUBLIQUES for the management of the European Space Talks campaign website for the European Space Agency (ESA) for the management of your account, customer relationship management and for analytical and statistical purposes.
User: Internet user connecting and using the aforementioned site.
Personal information: ‘Information that allows, in any form whatsoever, directly or otherwise, the identification of the persons to which it applies” (Article 4 of Law #78-17 of 6 January 1978).

4. Contractual limitations on the technical data

6. Limitations of liability

7. Management of personal data
The Client is informed of the regulations concerning marketing communication, the Law of 21 June 2014 on Confidence in the Digital Economy, the Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004 and the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD 2016-679).
7.1 Persons responsible for the collection of personal data

With regard to the processing of the data that it collects, MISSIONS PUBLIQUES agrees to comply with the legal provisions in force. In particular, it is up to the Customer to establish for what purposes their data will be processed, to provide their own prospects and customers with full information on the processing of their personal data when they obtain their consent, and to maintain a record of processing operations that reflect the reality. Whenever MISSIONS PUBLIQUES processes Personal Data, MISSIONS PUBLIQUES takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the Personal Data with regard to the purposes for which MISSIONS PUBLIQUES processes it.
7.2 Purpose of the data collected
MISSIONS PUBLIQUES is likely to process all or part of the data:

In this case, the User must indicate the Personal Data that they would like MISSIONS PUBLIQUES to correct, update or delete; they should provide an ID document to identify themselves (identity card or passport).
Requests for the deletion of Personal Data will be subject to the obligations imposed on MISSIONS PUBLIQUES by the law, particularly as regards the storage or archiving of documents. 7.4 Non-disclosure of personal data
MISSIONS PUBLIQUES is prohibited from processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected on its Customers to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as ‘unsuitable’ by the European Commission without informing the Customer beforehand. However, MISSIONS PUBLIQUES remains free to choose its technical and commercial subcontractors on condition that they provide sufficient guarantees with regard to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR #2016-679).
MISSIONS PUBLIQUES undertakes to take all the necessary precautions to uphold the security of the Information and in particular to ensure that it is not communicated to unauthorised persons. However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Customer’s Information is brought to the attention of MISSIONS PUBLIQUES, it will promptly notify the Customer and inform them of the corrective measures taken. Furthermore, MISSIONS PUBLIQUES does not collect any ‘sensitive data’.
The Personal Data of the User may be processed by MISSIONS PUBLIQUES subsidiaries and subcontractors (service providers), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this policy.
Within the limits of their respective attributions and for the purposes mentioned above, the people most likely to have access to the data of MISSIONS PUBLIQUES Users are mainly our Customer Service agents.
Management of the Missions Publiques newsletter and its database is entrusted to the following service provider: Mailchimp, an American company (The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Avenue NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta Georgia 30308, USA).
8. Incident Notification

Only in the hypothesis of a buyout of MISSIONS PUBLIQUES and its rights would the transmission of such information be permitted to the prospective buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to store and modify data concerning Users of the spacetalks.net website.
