How Space technologies supports Earth sustainable development
The UN Sustainable Development Goals were set by the United Nations for 2030 to ensure a more sustainable world. Does that mean earth, or beyond? Through earth observation and technology development for space applications, the European Space Agency (ESA) also contributes to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) as well. Through practical examples, we’ll explore how they support these long term goals.
The talk is organized by the Digital Society School in the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, during one of their MicDrop sessions.
