“A chat”, in Romanian “La o vorba”, is a series of meetings created to debate relevant topics for the ongoing month. In October, the theme is Romania and the Moon. The exchange will explore current European space initiatives and the role that Romania could play in a long term perspective. Held in an informal setting and under Chattam house rules, the attendance is by invitation only.
