On 21 June, the kick-off of the 2019 Space Talks campaign will take place at the Paris Air and Space Show at Le Bourget near Paris. This year, the ESA podium will welcome celebrities from the space and music sectors, with la Fête de la Musique also beginning on the same day! Visitors are in for a treat with an impressive line-up: ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet and saxophonist Guillaume Perret, composer of the soundtrack from the documentary “16 sunrises” together with a young professional from ESA with a surprising talent for music. French sailor Francois Gabart will join the ESA astronaut on stage prior to the musical interlude. Time to celebrate space not only with words but with music too!
